This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. We do not collect personal data simply because you visit it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attack. This is done under Cloudflare's own terms and security practices, and the data is not used by us to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, contact details and anything you tell us to reply and, where relevant, to discuss or provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.

Our email is provided by Microsoft 365, which acts as our processor. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and normally no longer than two years after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a client engagement, in which case we keep records as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

CampusConsult

CampusConsult is operated by KRC and has its own website and privacy information at campusconsult.co.uk.
